What Are Automations?
Automations run actions automatically when certain events happen in Knotful. For example, you could automatically send a welcome email when a new lead comes in, or create a task when a project moves to a new stage.
Creating an Automation
Go to Automations and click + New Automation. Choose a trigger event, then define the actions to take. Automations run in the background without any input from you.
