Vendor side

If you're a wedding professional — photographer, planner, florist, caterer, DJ, venue — Knotful gives you a dedicated vendor portal alongside the couple-facing system.

Getting access

Vendor access is granted by an admin. From the WordPress dashboard, an admin with the appropriate permissions visits Users → click your user → Knotful Access and checks Vendor. You can also have multiple sides — many planners are also couples themselves, and that's fully supported.

Switching between sides

If you have access to multiple sides (for example Couple + Vendor), the first time you visit a portal you'll see a Choose your side picker. Your selection is remembered for 30 days. You can switch sides anytime via the link in your portal navigation.

What's in the vendor portal

• Dashboard — total bookings, new inquiries, active couples
• Service catalog (coming soon) — manage your packages, prices, availability
• Calendar (coming soon) — visualize your bookings
• Inquiry inbox (coming soon) — respond to leads
