General Settings
Configure your business name, email, phone, and branding from Settings → General. This information appears on documents, emails, and your client portal.
Appearance
Your workspace automatically matches your website's color theme. To change the look, update your site's color palette — everything in Knotful updates to match.
SMS Integration
Connect your Twilio account in Settings → SMS to send SMS reminders and notifications to clients. This is optional — everything else works without it.
Client Feedback
When a project is marked "Completed," clients automatically receive a feedback request. View all feedback ratings and comments in Settings → Feedback.
