Lead Capture Forms
Create embeddable forms that capture leads directly into Knotful. Go to Lead Forms and click + New Form.
Each form gets its own URL you can share, or it can be placed on any page of your website. When someone submits the form, a new contact is created in Knotful with the source set to "lead form."
Custom Fields
Add as many fields as you need: text, email, phone, text area, dropdowns. Mark fields as required or optional.
